Christmas with my Mom

My mom got to come and visit for a week in the beginning of December. We got the Christmas tree with her and decorated. We visited Santa with the girls, and we exchanged presents. Mom was very generous, as always. It was so very nice for her to come and help with the girls. She also helped me, because I got strep throat while she was here. She got sick too, fortunately not strep throat, but I think she felt pretty bad. Here is a picture of Iris with one of the beautiful wooden bowls out of a set my mom bought her.

Opal asked Santa for a new dolly. She would not get any closer to him than this.

Iris was not happy with Santa.
