the Magic of Christmas

There were presents.

And more presents.

And then there was Opal sprinkling reindeer food off the front porch of our house. Reindeer food consisted of carrots and rolled oats and glitter (to help the reindeer fly). This was Christmas eve, of course. She also left cookies for Santa, though she was rather whiny that she didn't get to eat any of them. She was amazed the next morning when the cookies and reindeer food were all gone!
