Monterey Sea Aquarium

We all loved this day. And we learned a great deal about the California coast! Opal liked the "jelly beans." I took this picture in a dark room up against the glass of the aquarium. I was amazed it turned out so well.

They had a lot of hands on exhibits for Opal. She made a friend with this sea otter.

This was an example of a tide pool where the wave comes pounding into the shore. Opal was a little scared of the wave action. She said, "It made me a little nervous."
