The Humble Abode

This is our cute little house. It has changed since we moved in, dramatically. Part from our hard work and part from the fortunate hail storm we had back in March. Our insurance paid for new siding and a new roof, so our house went through a transformation of sorts.
Our yard had exactly one bulb planted in it when we moved in.
Needless to say, John and I have worked hard to remove grass and add beds. We also planted the red maple featured in this picture.
If you look closely, Opal is sitting on the front porch. She's the middle pumpkin.
